Lying in hospital bed after a nose operation - all is quiet except...

THE FUCKING BED!!!
It has a self inflating / deflating mattress which activates every 2 minutes, I s**t you not. It's not the movement of the mattress so much, but the motor sounds like a 70's fridge compressor.
So upshot is no sleep.
Who the f**k buys beds, probably worth thousands of pounds, for the NHS WHICH ACTUALLY STOP YOU FROM SLEEPING!!!! Jesus wept! I'm only in here for observation ! Some manager in the NHS needs a bullet between the eyes.
