Get the absolute maximum possible out of his players, a motivator, someone who gives them the confidence that they can beat any team they come up against.

We cannot compete financially with the top 6 or 8 but we should strive to do as well as we possibly can not just to scrape safety. If you aim for 10th and miss your target by a bit chances are you will be ok. If your target is 17th and you miss it then you are f**ked.
