Hughton's man-management skills

Evidently non-existent.
Wes always appeared an easy going guy who now appears to want nothing to do with Norwich. How did that happen?
Becchio has been treated appallingly and he is a better player than RvW. That cannot be denied. I've seen them both with my own eyes. RvW doesn't even pass for a professional footballer I'm afraid to say. Never mind an ?8m striker. Hughton's wasted a massive amount of funds there.
