that he's stuck in the past and models himself on his former managers. He's adopted the Howard Wilkinson ethos which got you places 15 years ago but football has changed. We got promoted thanks to a settled side, few injuries and an injection of pace up front as well as having the advantage of a weak division with no strong teams.

This summer we let some quality championship players go and spent no money to get better ones when we were in our best position to do so. With this mindset a poor season was on the cards and is turning out that way.
