I don't leadership as the problem, although I think Bassong is a poor captain

Reminds me of Worthy's abysmal idea to make Drury captain. Our problem is a complete lack of ideas in attack, no game plan in attack, how we attack, in fact we look clueless in everything to do with the offensive part of the game.
