Snodgrass probably stayed on just to keep some width

If we'd stayed at 4-3-2 with only Fer in the centre, we could have been caught out, especially given they still had 4/5 in midfield. so bringing a striker off seems pretty negative, but given that elmander had only just come on, i can see the logic. doesn't mean i agree with it though...
