I think it's a long term project - we don't have the players

to consistently play a fluent passing style and dominate the opposition. But we are moving in the right direction with recent signings.

After a few seasons of mid table finishes, we will be able to offer more wages and may be able to attract the likes of Adlerweireld or Quagliarella - who can take us to the next level.

I can see progress in what we are doing now, a lot more clearly than for most of the previous 20 years.
