My biggest problem with Hoots re tactics formations etc
I don't have a major problem with the team that he picks as he's picking the best side that he feels will win the game.
The massive concern is the lack of flexibility during the 90 minutes. After 10 minutes last night it was clear to see we were getting overrun in midfield. What's Hoots response? Nothing
Lambert would often change the formation 2 or 3 times a game (probably too much but at least he would try things)
How on earth hoots could stand there and watch that rubbish without changing the formation, making half time changes or subs before the 71st minute is beyond me.
