I think you're being rather unfair

I know Jim's a bit sour faced these days, but his basic point is sound enough.

Other clubs don't, on the whole, target players who are happy and settled at their existing clubs. They tend to target players who might like a move.

So it's a bit sad that the players of ours that other clubs identify as worth a pop are Hooly and Pilks - two attacking, creative players. And they were right about Wes - he is unhappy and he does want to move. Let's hope they're wrong about Pilks.

And Jim, prophet of doom or not, remains an articulate, intelligent and knowledgable wrather.
