This 1.5 hours driving thing re academies..
is this true or an urban myth? I only ask because of this comment from Fulham's official website:
"In the Academy at Fulham Football Club there is a network of scouts based all round the country. They attend games with the aim of ?spotting? young players who demonstrate the potential to become a registered Academy student."

How does that policy tie in? Can anyone provide a link to the actual FA Academy regulations that specify the 1.5 hours driving thing?
