I wonder if we'll see the Man Utd fans morph into what we see in Liverpool fans now

I mean in the sense that they will be forever banging on about their history now they look like they're falling behind the other top teams.

They are clearly not the force that they have been for the last 17yrs and stand a very real chance of not making the champions league next year. They look very average at the moment and teams are not afraid to go and attack them now.

I wonder how far they will fall behind the others. It's too early to tell at the moment but if they did fall back into a top 6 side at best, much like Liverpool. Is all we'll ever hear from them from now on about their history, 19 times league winners etc, living in the past. Either way it's pretty funny to watch from an outsiders view. I wonder how long it would take them to get back amongst it? Could be a while when you look at the likes of Citeh, The Arse and Chelski. It's going to be fascinating viewing for sure!
