It's a bit late, I know, but are there any DIY/flooring experts in da house?
I like that rubber flooring pimply stuff and want to put it in the kitchen / dining room. Normally when professionals lay it (it comes in squares) they put down a plywood screed. As the floor is a laminate at the moment, is there any good reason why that shouldn't serve as the screed?
