I can see why they made the decisions they did.
Hindsight is a wonderful gift, though. From here it looks like lunacy appointing some of them, but Grant was a successful coach and it might have been the making of him. Roeder did start ok and maybe he might have been able to change his habit of being a one-season manager. Gunn? Well, stranger things have happened.
