They've got Man U next so will prob go into our game on the back of 3 straight defeats but looking at it as the game to kick start their survival bid.

Really important we turn up in the right frame of mind that day, don't let them build up a head of steam and "don't get f**king beat!"

I think we are a much better side than Cardiff on our day so hopefully we can get something there. If we do we will finally establish a bit of a cushion over them, especially if we can get some points against Newcastle first. Same goes for West Ham in Feb.
