Hes not the worst but

it annoys me how he manages to get top managerial jobs with a less than average managerial record, basically cause he was a top player and a "big name" he will allways get good jobs however much he f**ks up (Peter Reid anyone? although i think people have finally realised he makes Worthy look like Matt Busby) wheras lower league managers never get a shot at the big time as they were never great players.
