Don't think Hughton will ever 'lose' the dressing room...

By all accounts he's well liked by the players - however, you could argue that's part of the problem. Some of the players look far too comfortable losing and I think that you need a manager that can occasionally scare the beejesus out of a squad when rapid change in attitude and performance is needed.
