I wouldn't have been that suprised to have see him poached by a bigger club. Now the new stand has been put on hold there's only so much more progress City could make at present (other than continue to survive in the league........)

What's the time a decent CEO stays in a job and moves on? He's been here 4 1/2 years now. Is that about average?

Hope he stays though.
