I wish I could gauge the feeling of the squad toward him.

He is without a doubt someone who they SHOULD look up to but maybe he has become too scared for his own professional good.

Clearly a coach and a defensive one at that, but that certainly hasn't come across as a success judging by the failings at the back this year.

Fresh blood required in the managerial hotseat and we must pray to God that other teams are worse than us.
