Yesterday

After 5 minutes We didn't test their keeper, other than a tame header - And this was against a team that let 4 in at home last Saturday and has the worst home record - So we decided to play without an out and out striker, some said three up front I think none up front! Yes that's right Hughton set his team up for a draw/loss in a knock out competition!

Is survival really worth this kind of performance and embarrassment in the cups? Our only chance of silverware given away with a wimper?

I was worried about the morale of Fulham after Saturday but luckily we have just built up their confidence to move forward, whereas our players have to pick themselves up for Saturday, a task made harder by the confidence draining manager with his God awful tactics and motivational skills.

After 10 minutes and looking at the size of the pitch I could see winger's weren't going to work - Pitch is too small and neither of them can cross, which is only made harder when you have an average lazy forward player up front as opposed to a Hooper or RVW - We looked a lot better in possession when RVW came on for Redmond but why did it take 45 minutes for the manager to see it wasn't working - Find a plan B.

Why is he so scared of the opposition? or why does he respect them too much? I'm not sure which one it is.
Think I want to take my chances with a new manager - I know you might not like what you wish for, but I also don't like what I'm seeing happen to my club and without a new manager to show some leadership, build some confidence, show some tactical awareness we are going down!

It's just like when Worthy was managering us in the Premiership all over again. But apparently we won't or can't get rid of him as he's a nice guy. I've heard this said by ex-pro's, fans, other managers and I think eh? You keep someone who is out of their depth in a job they can't do because they are a nice guy? It's like a rabbit in the headlights.
