While on honeymoon in the tropical paradise of St Lucia...

... I, of course, spent a lot of time watching television in our room. Some observations.

1. Fox Soccer Channel. It has to be seen to be believed. All your worst fears confirmed.

2. Saw a brand new episode of Lost. They're in the hatch if anyone's interested anymore.

3. Gridiron Challenge. Like Superstars but for American footballers. Proper NFL players as well. They are all quite astonishingly unfit and lack any kind of agility. The show finished with a "Soccer shootout", i.e. a bunch of penalties. Absolutely hilarious. They shoot like your 5 year old niece. And the sight of a 25-stone linebacker flinching as a penalty drifted gently towards him is something I won't forget in a hurry.
