if Hughton was fired

When he isn't fired that weekend, he gets more and more irritated. Sadly this has domino effected accross many of the outers

That creates an atmosphere with the inners (like myself) who do the same thing, but defend Hughton

I don't think it's trolling, I just think it's strong feelings

Outer's think inners are deluded and are happy with average. Inners (or me) think outers don't realise the disaster that can ripple from a sacking (ie, we could be wolves in no time)
