That has been discussed to death. Yes we probably need a new manager but it probably isn't happening. We played 2 strikers Saturday there was no Pre meditated decision at being uber defensive. Everton adopted a high pressure game worked exceptionally hard and were better than us.

Players (including new signings) probably read fans forums and I don't suppose it helps them reading threads on how s**t they supposedly are.
