Physicality. For all the defensive players out there, the only ones who hold players off, hold strong while keeping and laying off the ball, are Bradley Johnson and Garry hooper, and neither of those is that consistent, nor much of a passer. I think we could use him the the middle of the park, or as an attacking fullback.
