I think what they mean is don't rush into a sacking
seems everyone today in wants everything now and immediate success.
In football that's because of the huge sums being spent. Chairman " you've spent ?50m and I want the title to be won" forgetting that someone else spent ?100m.
in a league where everyone it seems now needs to spend ?20 m a year to stand still and ?50m to finish a bit higher and even ?40m on one player to stand a chance of winning anything , the money spent has spiralled out of control
