Annual Leave dilemma

I've somehow managed to get to the last month of the holiday year with two days left to take off. I've already got Friday the 16th booked off, and the period between chrimble and happy-Newyear.

Do I :

a) book off the 22nd and 23rd and have a nice long 12 day xmas break
b) book off friday the 9th and friday the 23rd, and finish the year with three four-day weeks (and more importantly three three-day weekends) and then a 10 day xmas break.

Hmmm?

Any other inventive suggestions welcomed.
