I'm not sure Holt is the inspirational leader you're making him out to be

sure, he seemed like a lively personality and a vocal presence on the pitch. However, he did return overweight every season, handed in a transfer request, and, at one stage last season, almost got sent off every time he went on the pitch - not great leadership.
