I think you will find we tended to play more of a 4-3-3

formation in the promotion season, with Hucks, Svenny and Mckenzie up front.

I can see what you are gettin at but i think its a sad day when everyone seems to think Mcveigh is the answer, he simply isnt! He does not have enough good games to warrant regular inclusion in the starting line up, you never know which Mcveigh is gonna turn up, the quality dangerman or the utterly non existent.

He has had many many chances and is not a bad squad player to have but if you think that if we start playing him everyweek that our results will change and we will rocket up the league you are sorely mistaken.

Remember this is a player available on a free transfer from Norwich for well over a year without the club recieving one bid (loan or perm) in this time and without him even being linked to anyone. I think you are looking at Mcveighs City career in "Delia like goggles" and are only seeing the posotives and forgetting the players many negatives.
