Best thing about today's match

The Selhurst Park PA annoucing a minute's applause in memory of Ron Noades, and the two teams lining up around the centre circle to do it. At the same time, Alice the Eagle and Pete the Eagle stood either side of the goal at the away end, arms behind their backs, heads bowed, observing a minute's silence for the former Crystal Palace chairman.

The worst things?

- Two - TWO - pieces of goal music when Palace scored
- The PA *still* yells 'Jason' so that the crowd can mumble 'Puncheon' when Palace score
- The Crystals jumping around in the freezing temperature and driving rain, reminding us why English sports don't usually have cheerleaders
- Leroy Fer
