Uncommonly good.

After a good few hours in the slow cooker, I took the ham out, dried it, then glazed it in a syrup of reduced cherry coke, demerera sugar and thyme, then whacked it in a hellfire hot oven (240C) for 20 mins to finish off.

It was incredible. Leftovers in sammidges tomorrow #winning.
