...I wouldn't touch it, sounds dodge...

"After you are assured that the item has been paid, you will send me the package. After the package is sent, you will receive the money from ebay"

I don't like that paragraph in particular...by all means check it out, but my gut feeling says there's something wrong here and you're asking for a fair amount of money...my hunch is that this is a scam and one that has been executed and attempted a few times in the past...the message, if that's all of it, seems fairly non-specific to you and your product too...
