how true is this?
"Over the years, eBay's feedback system has been a hotbed of controversy, from feedback padding to extortion. Some users refuse to leave negative feedback in fear that their trading partner will retaliate by giving them a negative in return."
I left a neutral once saying, "I only accept cheques, not credit card paymentsapologies for the misunderstanding"
Next day, negative "countless attempts to pay and seller refuses"
What is the point of being constructive when the arseholes will just damage your rating
