Ok, personally i would like to see

Adie Boothroyd given the job, i know he hasnt been in management 5 mins, but he has done a great job with Watford, completley overhauled the playing staff, the coaching staff and the whole outlook of the club on one of the smallest budgets in the division.

He is also a highly respected coach, within the game, and was extremley well thought of at the club whilst he was here.
