You sound like you know pretty much what you want, so you can build to your exact spec. They're pretty faultless as a company, and use top quality parts with no bloatware, etc.

You could possibly hit lucky and find a deal out there that makes this site less vfm, but it's a good, solid place you can turn to every time.
