I was previously a committed Hoots inner
But having been to the game today (first since Soton at home), my faith in him has been shaken. The wall for the first goal was a joke and we seemed devoid of creativity all the way through. I love Wes but bringing him on into that formation was a bit pointless. While he can't be blamed for the numerous poor individual performances (what the hell was wrong with Fer?), it is also his selection and his tactics that have failed today.
I'm worried. Hoots in (just), but mostly because he's done well in the transfer market before and I'd rather have him around for January than a new guy who doesn't know the squad and what we need.
