Carbon rations

Thats the Green Party approach. Basically (as explained by their policy maker) you buy an amount of carbon rations and then submit them when you pay your electricity bill of fill up at the petrol station etc. The more energy you use the higher the "tax".

When I asked him how would the old person reliant on his/her car to get to hospital weekly because there was no longer any rural public transport or what about the peerson with a high home electric usage for medical equipment in the house he couldn't answer. Why? because he hadn't even f**king considered it. Idealogists. dontchya just f**king love 'em.
