On the way home from Sunderland
Happy with the point yesterday, we looked solid and limited them to pot shots mainly. They huffed and puffed second half but we weathered the expected storm pretty comfortably. Bassong and Turner probably putting in their best performances this season. Redmond and snodgrass need to work on their delivery and understanding with forwards, who on another day could of and should of wrapped that game up. The rvw hooper partnership showed glimpses of great promise, hoopers terrier like front play and rvws excellent movement, although we need to work out another outlet from goal kicks than just snodgrass head. Still not sure on our best line up, how to fit howson in with fer. Maybe both can't play. Anyway, I'm rambling, I think it's the peroni hangover. Beat and Fulham and the league will make nice viewing. Otbc
