I've done it!

finally come round to the Worthington school of football management!! right so here's what we'll do in January to improve the Sit-u-ation:
Sell Ashton 1.5M- Now we've trained his talent out of him he's worth no more.
Sell Hucks 500K- We dont need a left winger, we have a trillion central midfielders, Notmean?
Sell Green 1M- Seems a fair price for somone who is getting on a bit now.
Terminate the contracts of Shackell, Henderson, Spillane, and the Jarvis brothers- Threy're all far to young to play for Norwichcityfootballclub.
Give Flem a 10yr contract on 25k a week- He scored the most important goal in the club history on Saturday.
Loan in a bunch of players who show that they can work hard, show commitment and have absolutely no ability at all- The Sunderland first team

Feel free to add any suggestions, only if you too can tap into worthy's train of thought.
