I did all this for my parents a couple of years ago

Spent a long time with them in Bonds with a nice patient young man

It's quite important to do it with them, I think, so they choose something they feel confident about

Can't remember what we ended up with and it would be out of date now, but a session in a John Lewis outlet is a great way to do it
