Sell Ashton?

So Spurs reportedly wanted Ashton in the Summer and might have payed 6/7m.
Who would take the following deal and if not what would you take?
Here it is:
4m plus davenport (4yr deal) plus Brown on loan to the end of the season.

I would take it, anyone else?
And this isn't a rumour, but I think something like this will happen whether we want it or not.
