I usually ask for something I couldn't normally justify buying for myself

Last year jump was a pair of Barbour sheepskin gloves.
They're expensive - too expensive and extravagant to buy normally, but I really wanted them, she wanted something to buy me, so it suited all round.
And they're brilliant. The only gloves that have truly kept my hands warm in winter.
