As is Bellamy. Sutton has been completely ignored by Eriksson, who only gave Alan Thompson (who has looked amazing in Scotland) one cap. Butcher, Woods and Drinkell went to Scotland when English clubs were banned from Europe, so if they wanted to stay in Britain and play in Europe, Scotland was the only choice - in any case, the Scottish league was far more competitive in the late 1980s.
I can't see Ashton going to Rangers although we will do well to hold on to him.
