Steady on old chap, if we are no further forward following

the Christmas period then I agree changes need to be made. I would want to see us make a rash decision. I'm not in favour of changing managers just because it's not going our way at the moment. It wa inevitable that we wouldn't find it easy this season and most of you on this board thought we would piss this division. Too much complacency and high expectation has contributed to our downfall this season.
