Nervy start, but after the goal we grew noticeably in confidence. We know we've got a decent enough squad and for me the question about whether or not hughton is the right man relies on his ability to motivate and inspire confidence in this team - through his man management, tactics & his attitude. At the moment, I think he's failing here - but a couple of wins and draws and at least a. Few games unbeaten and it the spirit around the team will be completely different.
