A liability
Leroy Fer epitomises Norwich this season. All promise but no effort. The lad might have all the talent in the world, but he just doesn't work hard enough, defensively or offensively. He hides in games, never looks for space to get the ball and maybe do something with it. Whatever your opinion of wes, at least he tries to get on the ball and do something. Defensively, he just looks damn right lazy half the time, never tracks runners, and just stands off.
