Are certain directors emotionally attached to Hughton?

It was apparent when Worthington was kept on that The board were digging their heels in and keeping him on because they liked him and didn't want to sack him. I am wondering if their is a similar situation occurring with Hughton. We thought we weren't like that any more under McNally. Delia is still the majority shareholder though......
