A quick Google of Safri and Feyenoord brought up the following article:
Volgens het Algemeen Dagblad is de Marokkaanse middenvelder Safri niet meer in beeld bij Feyenoord. Nadat de club hem heeft bekeken bij Norwich City zou het tot de conclusie zijn gekomen dat hij niet goed genoeg is voor Feyenoord.

Translation:
According to the Algemeen Dagblad (newspaper), Moroccan midfielder Safri is no longer in the frame at Feyenoord. After the club watched him at Norwich City the conclusion was reached that he is not good enough for Feyenoord.
