I don't think Lambert's style will ever see him become a top level manager
a bit like O'Neill, his only really effective style of play is very direct football and counter attacking.
The top teams, particularly when they play the other top teams, all try to keep the ball and play a possession style.
The encouraging thing is that we have also started to do that this season.
