The positives........

I think we have some quality players.

Ruddy...decent keeper

back four.....three decent CB's with some cover from RM

I think the full backs are a pretty decent group.

In the middle Fer and Howson have done pretty well.....we need Tettey back as we are very thin after those two. Johnson looks like a back up at best. Not the player to take us to the next level.

Wide I think Redmond and Snodgrass.....I just wish snodgrass had the pace of Redmond......or Redmond had the Snodgrass dead ball skills.

We need a quality wide player or take a chance on Murphy

Up front......I think Hooper and RvW are good enough........I just think we need a decent striker option to join them.
Maybe a player like Jordan Rhodes.
Maybe Ola Toivonen might be better option than what we have.
