if you don't think he is the answer then loan him out or sell him.

You could totally understand his situation if we were scoring for fun.......but we arn't........ and he did show glimpses of good stuff last season.

This is the problem when you pay big money for strikers, You feel obliged to play them even when they deserved to be dropped.

If you drop the 8.5 M striker questions will be asked.

Its takes a really strong manager to handle this.
Its often a manager who has built up a ton of winning equity in the past.
Lambert could do this because he had 2-3 seasons of proven winning. (i.e. I know what the f**k im doing)
