had cancelled my service for a couple of weeks time to coincide with the last bill i paid, and they bill me for a full month after that. then when i query it say should only be around half that explaining why and quotes the figure, then only after repeating myself a few times realises i might be right and refers to a manager where it's decided i indeed owe them f**k all.

c**ts evens sending reminders about the boxes to return to them even tho we're still using them
